INSTRUCTIONS TO SEND THE FORMS:
ENGLISH FORMS:
1. All forms are in pdf format and can be downloaded.
2. All the forms in English are interactive. Therefore they can be filled, saved or printed out (Depending on the pdf software facility of the system used). If unable to save the filled forms, print out the forms once filled.
3. The saved forms can be easily sent via Email as an attachment. The printed out forms can be scanned and sent via Email. Email : adhiyamaanperavai@gmail.com
4. If unable to send the forms by Email then mail the forms by post to Head Office.
TAMIL FORMS:
1. All the forms in Tamil
are not interactive. Therfore they have to be printed out and filled by hand.
2. The filled forms can be scanned and sent by Email as an attachment.
